HOW TO APPLY:

1. Dip the doe foot applicator into the Duo Chrome Eye Color.
2. With the product on the applicator, apply the eyeshadow directly to your eyelid. Use small, short strokes with the flat side of the applicator for even application.
3. Blend Out Harsh Edges. Use your finger with gentle patting motions to blend and soften the eyeshadow or use a brush with synthetic bristles to blend and diffuse the color.
4. After applying and blending, allow the Duo Chrome Eye Color to dry down completely on your eyelid.
